Autism Learning Partners is hiring a part-time Registered Behavior Technician in Baltimore, Maryland, to provide play-based behavioral support to children and teens with autism in client homes and local centers. The role requires availability Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., a high school diploma or GED, at least six months of experience with children, a reliable car, driver’s license, and insurance, and successful completion of mandatory training and an RBT exam. Compensation is $23–$28.50 per hour, with Spanish-speaking bonuses, additional evening and weekend pay, and training support toward RBT certification.
