Autism Learning Partners is hiring a part-time Behavior Technician in Northridge, California, to provide play-based behavioral support to children and teens with autism in client homes and local centers. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least one semester of college coursework, six or more months of experience working with children, a reliable car, driver’s license, and insurance, plus the ability to pass background and health checks. The schedule is up to 20 hours per week, primarily on weekdays from 3:30 p.m. to 8 p.m., with pay of $22–$28 per hour plus Spanish-language and evening/weekend bonuses, paid training, and health, dental, vision, mileage, and other benefits.
