Autism Learning Partners is hiring a part-time Behavior Technician in Fresno, California, to support children and teens with autism through play-based skill-building, positive role modeling, organization, and family support. The role is primarily conducted in clients’ homes, with some sessions at local centers, and requires availability Monday through Friday from 3:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. Compensation is $18.75–$24.75 per hour, with Spanish speakers earning an additional $0.50 per hour and additional evening and weekend pay available. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, at least six months of experience with children, a reliable car, driver’s license, insurance, background and health check clearance, and English proficiency; full paid training is provided.
