Autism Learning Partners is hiring a part-time or full-time Behavior Technician in El Monte, California, to support children and teens with autism through play-based skill-building, positive role modeling, organization, and family support. The role is primarily delivered in client homes, with some sessions at local centers, and requires a high school diploma or GED, college coursework, at least six months of experience with children, a reliable car, driver’s license, insurance, and English proficiency. Full paid training is provided, and compensation is $22–$29 per hour plus an additional $2 per hour for evenings and weekends.
