Autism Learning Partners is hiring a part-time Registered Behavior Technician in Bethesda, Maryland, to provide play-based behavioral support to children and teens with autism in client homes and local centers. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least six months of experience working with children, a reliable car, driver’s license, and insurance, and successful completion of mandatory training and an RBT exam. The schedule is up to 30 hours per week on weekdays, with daily pay access and compensation of $23.00–$29.00 per hour, plus Spanish-language and RBT-completion bonuses and benefits.
