Autism Learning Partners is hiring a part-time Registered Behavior Technician in Baltimore, Maryland, to provide play-based behavioral support to children and teens with autism in client homes and local centers. The role requires availability Monday through Friday from 3:30 p.m. to 8 p.m., a high school diploma or GED, at least six months of experience with children, a reliable car, driver’s license, and insurance, and successful completion of mandatory training and an RBT exam. Compensation is $23–$28.50 per hour, with Spanish-speaking and RBT-completion bonuses, plus benefits including health, dental, vision, mileage reimbursement, paid drive time, and education assistance.
