Description
I Am Boundless is hiring a Behavior Technician to provide person-centered care and treatment services to individuals with developmental disabilities and/or mental health disorders. The role may serve children or adults during daytime, evening, and weekend hours, and may be delivered in homes or community settings. The technician will work with individuals and families and receive supervision through on-site and telehealth observation and feedback. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, English communication skills, and the ability to obtain First Aid, CPR, and a valid Ohio driver’s license; three years of vulnerable-population experience, a related college degree, and ABA experience are preferred. Hours vary by client need and location between 7:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday for 35 hours.
