Rogue Behavior Services is hiring a part-time, entry-level Behavior Technician in Davis County, Utah. The role provides home-based behavior-analytic services to children and teenagers under the direction of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, teaching functional skills, reducing challenging behavior, collecting session data, communicating client progress, incorporating training feedback, and documenting each shift. A high school diploma, reliable attendance and transportation, background-check eligibility, and ability to respond to challenging behavior after training are required. New hires receive extensive initial and ongoing training, and the role pays $18–$22 per hour depending on experience.
