California Autism Center is hiring a Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children ages 18 months to six years with Autism Spectrum Disorder. The role involves implementing BCBA-designed treatment plans, collecting digital progress data on iPads, reducing behavioral excesses, communicating with supervisors and team members, and completing janitorial tasks during downtime. The position offers in-house RBT training, on-site supervision, career growth, and a predictable Monday-Friday schedule with no evenings, weekends, or driving. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, basic Microsoft Office and iPad proficiency, availability for at least 16 hours per week, and the ability to pass background, fingerprinting, and health-clearance requirements.
