Cortica is hiring Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one and group behavior-analytic services to children with autism and other neurodevelopmental differences. The role involves implementing positive behavior strategies, using evidence-based practices, documenting session data, collaborating with families and supervisors, and following crisis protocols. Candidates should have experience working with children, a high school diploma or equivalent, weekday-afternoon or evening availability, a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and familiarity with EMR systems and Microsoft Office. Full-time and part-time schedules are available, with pay of $20.87 to $28.00 per hour and benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage for eligible full-time and part-time employees.
