Description
Forte Behavioral Health LLC is hiring a Behavior Technician in Norco, California to support children with developmental disabilities and behavioral challenges in an afterschool program for the 2026-2027 school year. The role implements behavior intervention plans, provides direct support and positive reinforcement, collects behavior data, collaborates with school staff and BCBA/Behavior Specialists, and participates in student support meetings. The schedule is Monday through Friday for approximately three hours per day after the regular school day ends, with the school calendar running from August through June. Compensation is $23-$30 per hour, and applicants must be at least 18, authorized to work in the United States, have a driver's license and reliable transportation, and have previous experience working with children.
