Intermountain Centers is hiring a Behavior Technician I in Arizona to provide direct behavior-analytic services to children and other clients. The role involves implementing Applied Behavior Analysis programs and individualized treatment plans under the direction of Board Certified Behavior Analysts, conducting assessments, collecting and graphing data, documenting sessions, implementing behavior-reduction procedures, and communicating with families and care-team stakeholders. A high school diploma or GED, one year of experience with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder or related disabilities, Registered Behavior Technician certification within 90 days, and several Arizona regulatory clearances and certifications are required.
