Description
Sunflower Development Center is hiring Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder. The role involves implementing individualized treatment plans, teaching communication, social, play, adaptive, and daily living skills, supporting behavior reduction, collecting session data, and collaborating with BCBAs and other professionals. The position offers up to $28.50 per hour, flexible full-time and part-time schedules, BCBA support, training, and opportunities in center, home, and community settings.
