Cortica is hiring Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one and group behavior-analytic services to children with autism and other neurodevelopmental differences. The role involves implementing positive behavior strategies, using evidence-based practices, documenting session data, collaborating with families and supervisors, and following crisis protocols. Candidates should have experience working with children, a high school or equivalent education, a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and familiarity with EMR systems and Microsoft Office. The position offers part-time schedules, fully paid training, professional development, and a pay range of $20.57 to $27.60 per hour.
