Arizona Autism Charter Schools is hiring a full-time Behavior Technician for its Peoria Elementary Campus serving K–7th grade students. The role implements ABA strategies, supports academic instruction and behavior plans, assists with classroom routines and self-care, mentors paraprofessionals, and follows tier-one behavioral supports. Candidates need at least 1–2 years of classroom experience, autism and behavior-management knowledge, communication and instructional skills, and a high school diploma or equivalent.
