Arizona Autism Charter Schools is hiring a full-time Behavior Technician for its Phoenix Elementary Campus serving K–3rd grade students. The role implements ABA strategies, supports academic instruction and behavior plans, assists with classroom routines and self-care, mentors paraprofessionals, and follows tier-one behavioral supports. It is a school-year position with optional summer opportunities, requires at least 1–2 years of classroom experience, and offers $17–$22 per hour depending on experience.
