Arizona Autism Charter Schools is hiring a full-time Behavior Technician for its Phoenix Upper Campus, supporting students on the autism spectrum in a classroom setting. The role implements ABA-based behavior plans and instructional support, assists with classroom routines and self-care tasks, mentors paraprofessionals, and requires at least one to two years of classroom experience, autism and behavior-management knowledge, and a high school diploma or equivalent. Compensation is $17.00–$22.00 per hour depending on experience, with medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
