Achieving Stars Therapy is hiring a Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home and community-based ABA services for individuals with developmental disabilities, especially autism. The role involves implementing behavior intervention plans, collecting client behavior data, assisting with care plans, maintaining confidential records, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team. The position is full time or part time, requires a high school education, at least 2 years of experience, HIPAA confidentiality awareness, strong communication skills, and willingness to travel 100% in person.
