Description
The organization is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide direct support to children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism, using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques. The role involves implementing behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision, collecting and recording client data, assisting with assessments and intake, maintaining HIPAA-compliant documentation, and collaborating with families and professionals to support patient care and progress. The position is in person and offers both full-time and part-time schedules at an hourly rate of $20.00 to $30.00.
