Achieving Stars Therapy is hiring a part-time Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home and community-based ABA services for individuals with developmental disabilities, especially autism, in Rocky Ford, Colorado. The role involves implementing BCBA-directed behavior plans, collecting client behavior data, assisting with care plans, using ABA techniques to teach skills and manage behaviors, and maintaining confidential records. The position pays $19.00 to $26.00 per hour, requires a high school diploma or equivalent, HIPAA awareness, team collaboration, strong communication skills, and is 100% travel with in-person work Monday through Friday.
