Achieving Stars Therapy is hiring a Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home and community-based ABA services for individuals with developmental disabilities, especially autism. The role involves implementing BCBA-directed behavior plans, collecting session data, assisting with care plans, maintaining confidential records, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team. It is a part-time, in-person position in Lancaster, Ohio with hourly pay, a high school education requirement, and at least one year of experience.
