Applied Behavior Advisors is hiring a full-time Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to provide in-person Applied Behavior Analysis therapy for children in their homes in Tullahoma, Decherd, and/or Manchester, Tennessee. The role involves following BCBA-designed behavior intervention plans, collecting client data, participating in supervision and team meetings, and supporting children with special needs. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, experience working with children, reliable transportation, and must be at least 18 years old; CPR and RBT certification are preferred. The position pays $18-$25 per hour and includes training, PTO, mileage reimbursement, and health, dental, and vision insurance for full-time employees.
