Shining Steps ABA is hiring part-time Behavior Technicians (BT) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) for after-school hours to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children and adolescents in home, school, clinic, and community settings. The role includes implementing BCBA-developed treatment plans, collecting session data, and supporting communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development. The employer offers paid training, RBT certification support, supervision, mentorship, and flexible scheduling, with compensation up to $22/hour for BTs and $24/hour for RBTs.
