Advanceable ABA is hiring part-time ABA Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one in-home and community-based Applied Behavior Analysis therapy to children with autism. The role involves implementing individualized behavior treatment plans, teaching communication, social, play, daily-living, and behavioral skills, collecting session data, documenting clinical information, and participating in BCBA supervision and training. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to travel to clients’ homes; RBT certification and prior ABA or autism experience are preferred. The position offers $21–$25 per hour, flexible weekday afternoon and after-school scheduling, paid training, paid time off, and RBT certification support.
