Description
The employer is hiring full-time Registered Behavior Technicians and Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one behavioral intervention services to children with special needs and support their families under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. RBTs may work in-home, in-school, in-center, or in the community, collect data, write progress notes, communicate with supervisors and parents, and maintain client records. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of experience working with children, an active driver's license or reliable transportation, a background check, and a BLS certificate. Training is provided, and the listed hourly salary is $17.00 to $21.00, with sign-on bonuses of $1,500 for current RBTs and $750 for Behavior Technicians.
