Life Skills Autism Academy is hiring Behavior Technicians / Registered Behavior Technicians to provide 1:1 and group ABA therapy for children on the autism spectrum under BCBA supervision. The role involves implementing behavioral treatment plans, collecting and documenting data, supporting parent/caregiver training, maintaining a safe and organized therapy environment, and assisting with client materials and assessments. The position is on a Monday–Friday daytime schedule and pays $18.00–$24.00 per hour, with candidates required to have a high school diploma or GED, be at least 18, and either hold an RBT certification or be willing to complete training and pass the competency exam within 45 days.
