Description
Children’s Specialized ABA is hiring a part-time Registered Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism in home or clinic settings. The role involves implementing behavior plans, using CentralReach, collaborating with BCBA and care teams, communicating with families, and providing basic care. Candidates must be at least 18, have a high school diploma or equivalent, reliable transportation, and be able to commit to a consistent weekly schedule; RBT certification is preferred but training and exam support are provided. The position serves clients within approximately 20 miles of the candidate’s home and offers $25–$40 per hour, with premium pay for evening sessions and paid drive time.
