Children’s Specialized ABA is hiring a full-time Registered Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism in an in-home or clinic-based setting. The role involves implementing behavior plans, using CentralReach, collaborating with BCBA and clinical teams, communicating with families, and providing basic care. The position is based at the Newark, New Jersey clinic, requires a high school diploma or equivalent and reliable transportation, and offers paid training and RBT exam coverage. The schedule is 9:00–5:00 PM, five days per week, with an expected salary of $23–$29 per hour.
