Description
FronteraCare is hiring Behavior Technicians or Registered Behavior Technicians to provide evidence-based autism services to children and families. The role partners with Board Certified Behavior Analysts, creates learning experiences, uses positive reinforcement, documents progress, supports skill acquisition and functional communication, and collaborates with families. Applicants need a high school diploma or GED, must be at least 18, and must have reliable transportation and the ability to lift 50 pounds. The position offers $20.70–$27.60 per hour, RBT credential support, training, and benefits including health benefits, a 401(k) plan, and paid time off.
