Hope Autism Clinic is hiring a Behavior Technician/Registered Behavior Technician in Cordova, Tennessee to work directly with children ages 2–8 with autism spectrum disorder. The role teaches children using applied behavior analysis, communicates progress to families, tracks session data, supports individualized communication and early-learning goals, and assists with group activities. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available with morning and afternoon shifts, and the hourly rate is $16–$18. Applicants must be at least 18, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and pass background clearance; an RBT credential and experience with developmental disabilities are preferred.
