Hope Clinical Care is hiring a full-time Behavior Technician/Registered Behavior Technician in Austin, Texas. The role provides clinic-based Applied Behavior Analysis services to children with autism spectrum disorder and developmental disabilities, working under Board Certified Behavior Analysts and alongside other care professionals. Duties include teaching using ABA principles, communicating progress to families, tracking session data, supporting individualized communication and early learning goals, assisting with group activities, and maintaining professional conduct. A high school diploma or equivalent, age 18 or older, and successful background clearance are required; experience with developmental disabilities, a related associate or bachelor's degree, and an RBT credential are preferred. Pay is $16–$20 per hour based on experience, with health, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
