JBA Institute is hiring Behavior Technicians/Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide in-person ABA services to young children ages 3-5 across home, daycare, school, and community settings in the La Mirada area and surrounding locations. The role involves teaching acquisition skills, managing problem behavior, documenting session data and progress, and working a variable weekday schedule with a part-time start and possible transition to full-time.
