Description
Shining Steps ABA is hiring part-time Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians to provide one-to-one applied behavior analysis therapy for children and adolescents in home, school, clinic, and community settings. The role is primarily scheduled during after-school hours from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM, with weekend opportunities, and includes implementing BCBA-developed treatment plans, collecting therapy data, and supporting communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills. BT applicants can receive paid training and support toward RBT certification; active RBT certification is required for RBT-level work.
