Description
Sunflower Development Center is hiring Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians to provide daytime, weekday ABA services in center-based, home-based, and community-based settings. Responsibilities include implementing individualized treatment plans, collecting client-progress data, using positive teaching strategies, supporting communication, social, adaptive, and behavioral skills, and collaborating with supervisors, families, and team members. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, experience working with children, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass background checks and meet applicable ABA regulatory requirements; RBT certification is preferred or obtainable. Full-time and part-time positions are available.
