JBA Institute is hiring Behavior Technicians/Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide in-person ABA-style services for children ages 3–12 across school, home, clinic, and community settings in Paramount and surrounding areas. The role involves teaching language, social, self-help, and play skills, managing problem behaviors, documenting progress, and working a weekday schedule between 7:45 AM and 6:00 PM with a path from part-time to full-time.
