Alight Behavioral is hiring full-time and part-time Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis therapy to children on the autism spectrum. The role involves teaching play, social, and self-help skills, providing behavior support in group settings, documenting session outcomes, and working with children in a supportive environment. Candidates need completed 40-hour RBT training, excellent references, and preferably prior ABA experience and RBT certification; newcomers are welcome and training is provided. The position pays $23.00–$27.00 per hour, is in person, and includes a salary increase after six months, a bonus after 60 days and 300 billable hours, and 401(k) matching.
