Description
The Behavior Technician - School Based supports a positive learning environment by applying trauma-informed, evidence-based behavioral strategies under the guidance of building administrators and certified staff. Responsibilities include collecting ABC and preference data, creating visual schedules and reward systems, modeling behavior plans, supporting RtI and BIP implementation, assisting with de-escalation, and managing the school's regulation space. The role requires RBT training, CPI certification, district training, a high school education or equivalent, and a valid Colorado driver's license. It is scheduled for 37.5 hours per week at South Ridge Elementary, with a full-time salary range of $21.62 to $36.32 per hour and benefits including health, vision, dental, and retirement options.
