AKABA is hiring a part-time Behavior Technician to provide one-to-one Applied Behavioral Analysis services to children with autism under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. The role involves conducting 2–5-hour sessions in clients’ homes, communities, or centers, implementing behavior support plans and skill acquisition programs, collaborating with families, collecting electronic data, and submitting paperwork. Applicants need a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, experience working with children, and the ability to work independently and communicate effectively. The position offers flexible scheduling, paid training, professional development, and pay starting at $20.00 per hour, with increases of $1–$4 over the first 3–6 months.
