Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to implement individualized behavior intervention plans for children with autism. The role involves direct one-on-one interaction with children, using evidence-based techniques to enhance communication, social, and daily living skills while managing challenging behaviors. Candidates must be passionate, patient, and capable of working effectively in a team setting. Comprehensive training is provided, making it suitable for those without prior experience. Physical demands include standing, walking, sitting, grasping, reaching, bending, kneeling, crouching, squatting, and lifting/carrying up to 50 pounds.
