Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children with autism, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The role involves using evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors. Candidates must be passionate about helping children with autism, patient, compassionate, and capable of working effectively in a team. Comprehensive training will be provided, making it suitable for those without prior experience. Physical demands include standing, walking, sitting, grasping, reaching, bending, kneeling, crouching, squatting, and lifting/carrying up to 50 pounds.
