Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to support children with autism by implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The role involves using evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors. Candidates must be passionate, patient, and compassionate, capable of working effectively in a team environment. Comprehensive training is provided, making it suitable for those without prior experience. Physical demands include standing, walking, sitting, grasping, reaching, bending, kneeling, crouching, squatting, lifting, and occasionally carrying up to 50 pounds.
