Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to implement individualized behavior intervention plans for children with autism. The role involves working one-on-one with children using evidence-based techniques to improve communication, social, and daily living skills while managing challenging behaviors. Candidates must be passionate, patient, and capable of teamwork, requiring physical stamina due to the need to stand, walk, sit, grasp, reach, bend, kneel, crouch, squat, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds. Comprehensive training is provided, making this role suitable for those new to the field.
