Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to implement individualized behavior intervention plans for children with autism. The role involves working one-on-one with children using evidence-based techniques to improve communication, social, and daily living skills while managing challenging behaviors. Candidates must be passionate, patient, and capable of teamwork, with a high school diploma or GED. Comprehensive training is provided, making it suitable for those new to the field. Physical demands include standing, walking, sitting, grasping, reaching, bending, kneeling, crouching, squatting, and occasionally lifting/carrying up to 50 pounds.
