Centria is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to implement individualized behavior intervention plans for children with autism. The role involves working one-on-one with children using evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors. Candidates must be passionate, patient, compassionate, and capable of working in a team environment. Comprehensive training will be provided, making this role suitable for those new to the field. Physical demands include standing, walking, sitting, grasping, reaching, bending, kneeling, crouching, squatting, and lifting/carrying up to 50 pounds.
