Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to implement individualized behavior intervention plans for children with autism. The role involves direct one-on-one interaction with children, using evidence-based techniques to enhance communication, social, and daily living skills while managing challenging behaviors. Candidates must be passionate, patient, and capable of working effectively in a team environment. Comprehensive training will be provided, making this role suitable for those new to the field. Physical demands include standing, walking, sitting, grasping, reaching, bending, kneeling, crouching, squatting, and occasionally lifting/carrying up to 50 pounds.
