Easterseals Central Illinois is hiring a part-time Registered Behavior Technician for its Peoria Service Center. The role provides direct ABA therapy to children with challenging behaviors, implements behavior intervention plans, teaches replacement skills, collects data, creates materials, and communicates with families. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, strong communication and customer-service skills, computer skills, and the ability to supervise children safely; RBT certification is not required at hire but is preferred, and training is provided. The position offers up to 32 hours per week on a consistent Monday-through-Friday schedule, with expected pay of $16.00-$18.00 per hour and benefits including paid time off, a 401(k) match, and student loan forgiveness eligibility.
