Clarvida is seeking a full-time Behavioral Analyst to conduct client assessments, observe behaviors, and collaborate with clients, families, and service providers to develop and implement Individualized Treatment Plans (ITPs) focused on autism services. Responsibilities include developing measurable treatment goals, implementing rehabilitative strategies, providing direct care, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The role requires a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, a graduate degree in a relevant field, and active PA license.
