Clarvida is hiring a full-time Behavioral Analyst/Board Certified Behavior Analyst to provide community-based autism services in Erie County, Pennsylvania. The role conducts assessments and behavioral observations, develops and implements Individualized Treatment Plans, collaborates with youth ages 2–21 and their families and providers, applies ABA-based interventions, provides supervision, and maintains compliant documentation and clearances. The position pays $58 per client hour, with differential rates for administrative work and travel, and includes benefits such as medical, dental, vision, paid holidays, wellness time, training, and licensure support.
