Description
The Behavioral Therapist develops and implements behavioral plans, provides behavioral therapy and active treatment programming, supports behavioral change in activities of daily living, behavior management, and social skills, and coordinates with multidisciplinary teams, families, insurance providers, and other service providers. The role also includes treatment planning, progress and discharge reporting, staff training, supervision of interns and practicum students, and participation in behavioral research projects. It requires a master's degree in psychology or a related field, one year of experience working with special populations in crisis intervention, staff training and development, and travel as needed.
