Description
CAU is seeking a BCBA-qualified behavioral professional to help develop and enhance its Behavioral Department. The role supports individualized curriculum and behavior-management methodologies through data analysis, monitors assessments and behavioral data in electronic health record systems, collaborates with BCBA staff and administrative teams, supports onboarding, compliance, audits, investigations, and accreditation preparation, and implements program changes as needed. The regular schedule is Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with flexibility as needed.
